Smart Dehumidifier XR-20L
Smart WiFi allows you to remotely control and set the dehumidifier from any part of the world. It has the biggest water tank of 6.5L in its class and can convert 20L of moisture from the air per day. Besides having a prefilter, it comes with a HEPA 13 Air filter to trap air particles and an activated carbon filter to remove the smell. It is also environmentally friendly using a GREEN R290 refrigerant. You would also like the Child Lock, auto defrost and a 24 hr timer functions.

This product comes with a 1-year local warranty. All repairs and replacements will be made in Singapore.
Defective Products will be Replaced with a New Set. Please inform Hexanea of the Defects within 2 Weeks of Purchase.
When a product comes with a one-year warranty, the Customer has to return them to our service center for repair.
In the event that the parts are not available for replacement and there are no more stock for exchange, the buyer shall be refunded the prorated price of the product for every day remaining of the warranty period.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a return. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return of goods will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned goods and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In addition, you will have to bear the shipment cost from your address to our address in Singapore.
